Capitão Noel Rosa em Visita aos EUA conhece o Miami Police Department (MPD)

O Capitão Noel Rosa de Jesus visita a cidade Americana localizada no Estado da Florida e conhece a rotina policial de Miami. De férias com esposa e filhos, teve a oportunidade de visitar o  Miami Police Department (MPD)  que é o departamento de polícia da cidade de Miami, Florida, Estados Unidos. Criado em 1896, é o maior departamento de polícia do estado da Flórida, responsável pela aplicação da lei e de investigações dentro da cidade de Miami, mas têm acordos de ajuda mútua com outros departamentos de polícia. 

O Policial que atualmente faz parte do quadro de Reformados da Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais, sobrevoou a cidade, e conheceu os pontos turísticos, onde o MPD (Miami Police Department)  tem estratégias para garantir o cumprimento da lei, e a segurança pública dos moradores e turistas de todo o mundo, que visitam a cidade e aproveitam o que ela oferece, seus restaurantes na famosa Ocean dr. ou suas belas praias.

Especialista em Segurança Pública, palestrante e estudioso do comportamento do individuo no meio social no que tange a segurança pública, o capitão, nos países que visita, realiza pesquisas comparando os sistemas brasileiros e os demais pelo mundo afim de estudar as estratégias que mais se destacam no que se refere ao combate a criminalidade.

Captain Noel Rosa de Jesus visits the American city located in the State of Florida and knows the police routine of Miami. On vacation with wife and children, he had the opportunity to visit the Miami Police Department (MPD) which is the police department of the city of Miami, Florida, United States. Created in 1896, it is the largest police department in the state of Florida, responsible for law enforcement and investigations within the city of Miami, but they have mutual aid agreements with other police departments.

The Police Officer, who is currently part of the Military Police Reformers of Minas Gerais, flew over the city, and visited the tourist attractions, where the MPD (Miami Police Department) has strategies to ensure law enforcement, and the public safety of the residents and tourists from all over the world, who visit the city and enjoy what it offers, its restaurants in the famous Ocean Dr. or its beautiful beaches.
